就在放假前，版主我打了一個台北班。就在那個航班上，我發現經濟艙的毛毯換成新的了！這幾天剛好看到公司的組員訊息，公司也證明新的機艙毛毯是為了配合新的座椅。跟現在的來比較，我真的有抱著一點點希望。希望椅子改成更好，還有機艙的配色可以更加溫暖阿。不要像現在很奇怪的配色，而且冷冷的機艙。

BTW...我們所謂的 "特選經濟艙" 公司已經開始開賣，我也知道官方網頁很多人在問，甚至覺得為什麼沒有照片就開始賣。但不管怎樣，大家在耐性等等吧，週五公司就會正式對外釋放新座椅的照片囉！

國泰航空今天宣布，由今年4月1日起出發的「特選經濟客艙」機位現已開始接受預訂。

「特選經濟客艙」除擁有全新座椅設計及機上娛樂系統外，更為乘客帶來獨特的旅遊體驗。

全新「特選經濟客艙」設計較目前經濟艙更具空間感，環境幽靜，共設有26至34個座位。座位與前座間距為38吋，較經濟艙多6吋，座椅加寬，椅背也可更大 幅調低。配備有大的主餐桌、雞尾酒桌、腳踏、10.6吋私人電視屏幕及供電插座、多端口連接器以方便個人裝置，並備有額外儲物空間。

乘客更享有以下服務：
機場服務：

• 設立特別預辦登機櫃位，「特選經濟客艙」乘客較經濟艙乘客優先登機。
• 機艙行李重量限制更寛鬆，重量制由20公斤提升至25公斤；件數制兩件行李的上限由每件23公斤提升至25公斤。

空中服務：

• 「特選經濟客艙」設於經濟客艙前的獨立機艙，設計更寬敞舒適。 乘客可獲贈環保旅行護理包，潔齒用具、襪子、眼罩及耳塞一應俱全。
• 提供較大枕頭及降噪音耳機，讓乘客享有更舒適旅遊體驗。
• 乘客可享用果汁或香檳等迎賓飲料，餐膳水平提升。
• 每位乘客除獲贈瓶裝水外，亦享有鮮果、健康食品及甜品等更多小食選擇。

配備「特選經濟客艙」的飛機初期會運作來往以下航點的部份下列特定航班： • 澳洲雪梨 (CX101/100) • 加拿大多倫多 (CX826/825/828/829) • 加拿大溫哥華(CX888/889) • 美國紐約(CX830/831/840/841/888/889) 5月起亦會運作來往以下航點的部份下列特定航班：

• 英國倫敦 (CX252/255)

隨著更多飛機裝設新客艙產品，會盡量安排上述航線達至每天提供配備「特選經濟客艙」的航班服務。

「特選經濟客艙」亦將於今年下旬8月起推廣至不同航線，包括阿德雷德、 洛杉磯、 墨爾本和舊金山，還有法蘭克福（9月起），及布里斯本和孟買（10月起）。

今年年底國泰機隊將有48架設有「特選經濟客艙」的飛機，包括23架波音777-300ER、17架空中巴士A330-300及8架波音747-400投入服務。預計2013年年底國泰長途機隊將有87架飛機完成安裝。

As a brand-new Cathay Pacific product, Premium Economy Class will be rolled out in phases. We will be progressively introducing it on selected CX252 and CX255 London route flights beginning in May, followed by San Francisco, Los Angeles, Melbourne and Adelaide route flights in August, Frankfurt route flights in September, and Brisbane and Mumbai route flights in October. Before You Fly

Before you board, you’ll appreciate dedicated check-in counters and priority boarding at the gate. You’ll also be able to pack more – or bring more home – with an increased baggage allowance: from 20kg to 25kg (weight system) or two pieces of baggage from 23 kg to 25kg each (piece system).

Relax in a Wider Seat

Our Premium Economy Class cabin is a cosy haven of 26 to 34 seats, allowing our flight attendants to offer you more personal attention than ever. There’s more room between your seat and the seat in front of you, eight inches of recline to make resting and sleeping more comfortable, and the headrest has 4-way movement for excellent support of your head and neck. Front-row seats have a legrest, and other seats have a three-position footrest which help you find a variety of positions to make your flights as enjoyable as possible.

Dine in a Cosy Environment

You will be greeted with a welcome drink of champagne and juice and a hot towel, and you will enjoy enhanced entrée and complimentary bottled water, plus a variety of snacks throughout the flight. A larger meal table makes working and dining more of a pleasure, and a cocktail table provides more room during the meal service.
