Curtin Business School MBA in world's top 100
Curtin Business School's MBA program has been ranked amongst the top 100 MBA courses offered throughout the world.
In its annual guide – 'Which MBA?' – The Economist magazine ranked Curtin as 91, with only five other Australian business schools making it onto the prestigious list. Curtin was one of 12 business schools selected from the Asia-Australasia region.
The Economist's guide noted that the main strengths of the MBA program offered by Curtin’s Graduate School of Business are international business, leadership and decision science, and that the school has close links with business and industry.
This is the second such accolade this year, following Curtin's five-star ranking from the Graduate Management Association of Australia several months ago.
The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago was ranked number one for the second year in a row. US schools dominated the worldwide MBA rankings, taking 31 of the top 50 slots.
The 'Which MBA?' guide has been compiled for the past 15 years, and is based on student responses (20%) and information provided by the business schools (80%).
